December 3rd International Day of Persons with Disabilities Awareness Event
Alanya University's Disabled Student Unit, the Patika Community, and students from the Nursing Department carried out a special project to raise awareness for the International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3rd. The students carefully packaged the treats and awareness brochures they prepared and distributed them throughout the university. Afterward, the students visited University Rector Prof. Dr. Turan SAĞER and presented their work to him.
Rector SAĞER expressed his appreciation for the students' sensitive approach and stated that Alanya University will continue to support students, emphasizing that such awareness programs strengthen empathy, sensitivity, and social responsibility in society.
